Pizza & Wine Party with Eric Wareheim
For this exciting L.A. Times Dinner Series event, join actor, writer, producer, winemaker and pizza aficionado Eric Wareheim for a Pizza & Wine Party taking place across three cities with chefs Daniele Uditi (Pizzana, L.A.), Thomas McNaughton (Flour & Water, S.F.), and Joe Beddia (Pizzeria Beddia, Philadelphia).
The evening will include a pizza from the nation’s best pizza makers, available from a local restaurant in each city, paired with a bottle of Las Jaras’ Glou Glou wine. Glou Glou is a chuggable, light red that tastes like sparkles and bright summer fruit. Glou Glou has enough acid to stand up to your favorite tomato sauce, as well as intense berry notes that complement the char of a perfectly cooked pizza crust.
