RESTAURANT PARTICIPATION INFORMATION AND FORM
Please note, restaurants registered and confirmed via a signed contract by July 1 will be included in our initial marketing campaign of participating restaurants. All other restaurant submissions must be received by July 31.
The Taste 2017 schedule, exhibit space and equipment details are below. Please note submission of this form does not guarantee participation in the event.
EVENT DATES & LOCATION:
September 1 – 3, 2017 | Labor Day Weekend | Paramount Pictures Studios
Friday, September 1
Opening Night | 7:30 – 10:30 p.m. | Focused opening celebration with limited tickets and hosted by all of the weekend’s hosts and co-hosts.
Saturday, September 2
Field to Fork | 12 – 3 p.m.
Dinner with a Twist | 7:30 – 10:30 p.m.
Sunday, September 3
Sunday Block Party | 12 – 3 p.m.
Flavors of L.A. | 7:30 – 10:30 p.m.
As a restaurant exhibitor, you will receive the following:
- 10×10 exhibit space
- Restaurant signage in your exhibit space. Signage is produced by The Taste on your behalf
- One (1) front display table (8’) for distributing food to guests
- Two (2) work/prep tables (8’) within exhibit space
- One (1) large trash can
- One (1) dedicated 20 amp circuit
- Lighting of your exhibit space
- All plates, flatware, napkins for distributing product to guests
- A link to your restaurant’s site on The Taste’s website
- A listing in the official program guide for The Taste
- Special discounted hotel rates at a partner hotel
- Four (4) staff passes and two (2) guest tickets to each event in which you participate
A Taste representative will confirm your event(s) once your participation request form is approved. If accepted as a restaurant exhibitor, you will be sent our Contract and Restaurant Registration Packet with specific information on use of shared kitchen spaces, cooking equipment available and additional rentals.
Restaurants registered and confirmed via a signed contract by July 1 will be included in our initial marketing campaign naming participating restaurants. Restaurant submissions received July 1-31 will be promoted via the online campaign.
